: The Ariter's real voice

I recommend doing this on the covenant when you're in a hornet but it doesn't matter. You must have the skull that activates bonus dialouge. If you should him alot, sometimes he'll say "You shot me, foo!"in an African American voice.

When you are looking at your stats on bungie if you look at the amount of kills you have with a weapon it will give a brief description of the weapon and what it does. if you look at the flag it says "it's right next to the headlight fluid" this is a reference to red vs blue.

Ok, in the circular room where you here her saying "whats your name?" kill all the flood you can and go to the bottom of the room. look around and you will see a door that go's to a room. In this room you will see a gravity hammer leaning against a covie thing. Go get the Grav Hammer (the thing its leanng is Terminal). It has line from Fall of Reach book.

Crow's Nest: Red vs. Blue Dialouge

On the "Crow's Nest" Level (Number 3) When you get your gear and heads towards the fight you see the warthog blow up and you fight with grunts you need to keep going straight to the dead end (instead of turning left to advance) and turn right to see a marine knocking on a door to have something said depending on difficulty, Its hilarious RvB. (Video of it)

In the part of the level where you have to defend the 2 (or 3) phantoms that drop off the covenant (you do this 2 times) you can pause go into theater and freecam out the exit of the building, go to the Assault Carrier and look at where the banshees are coming out of, you'll see a Marathon logo.

Floodgate: Hidden Missing Note

Play the level until you reach a dead brute who had a gravity hammer and near it is a dead marine who had a SMG. Above the marine is an opening in the wall. Go into this opening with your flashlight on. On the ground you will see a MISSING note. It appears to be a bungie employee that cannot be found.

Floodgate: Dead Half-Jaw(s)

When you eventually reach the infected ship where you find Cortana's message, you will find a few scattered Elite corpses inside, all of which are wearing white armor. The first one you see should have it's head hidden by it's hands, or have it's head face down, or maybe both (I don't remember offhand). Melee him until he rolls over and you can see his face. Its Half-Jaw! Ok, not really, as you know (or should know) that Half-Jaw is the Ship master in the coming cut scene. Well, whatever the reason, this Elite looks exactly like Half-Jaw. Another Dead Half-Jaw can be found right before you drop into the second hole that leads to a room full of water and infection form pods on the walls. ----****Note:Upon returning to the level, it seems that it is random which dead Elite is a Half-Jaw or not. Maybe difficulty too. Just keep trying, try different difficulties and you'll see them eventually.****----

Floodgate: Hidden Box/Dead Marines

In order to do this egg, you must get out of the level. This is at the beginning of the level. Walk to the part where you first encounter flood. By the gate, leading to out of the level, there are 2 roadblocks/barriers. Jump onto the one farthest the wall, then jump onto what appears to be a generator of sorts, it is covered by a gate. If you face towards out of the level you can jump to the wall and get out of the level (its kind of hard at first, just keep doing it). Once your over the gate, you should just float there, like the game thinks your falling. Keep moving back toward the buildings and you should fall to the ground. walk towards the buildings. By one of the buildings, there will be 2 dead marines, sometimes with pickupable ammo and grenades (I dont know if I would consider this an egg though, at the begenning of the level, you can see them shooting through the gate). Now, keep moving back, you might get pushed by a barrier a little bit, but keep moving back and to the right. You will be able to walk through some of the buildings. Walk through the building next to the farthest one over, this one:
and in the middle will be a box.
Edit: I tried to see if the box is in the same place at the end of "The Storm" and its not, even though there are less walls and its alot easier to walk around.

Foundry: Soccer Ball Poster

Go to the red chain link fence against the wall inside the small rooms on foundry while in forge. Spawn a teleporter through the fence by pushing the teleporter against it with the oracle and tapping A twice. The teleporter should go through after (hopefully) a few tries. Place another teleporter beside you and go through it to get to the other side. Follow the pipes on your left a few inches and immedietely turn right into the nook to find the poster up against the wall at chest height. The poster is a soccer ball with a blue background and the words "it glows" on the bottom of it.

Grunt Crossing: Halo 3 Trailer

In the Halo 3 Announcement Trailer, a ?Grunt Crossing? sign can be seen. This was also shown in the ?E3: Making of the Documentary? video released by Bungie. Bungie?s official response to this was: ?The New Mombassa City Council had an incredibly efficient public works department until and even during the tragic and devastating Covenant invasion.? This has got to be one of the cooler Halo 3 Easter Eggs so far.

Go to forge and get out of the map any way you see fit. stroll around the outside of the map to the vines and there will be the word "blarg" among them. This is a RvB reference.

In the final run of the level, at the first turn go left and there should be a Mongoose sitting there waiting to be used. And don't take too long finding it, cause Halo is collapsing behind you. Have fun!

Halo: Floating Dude

When you start the level, go forward and hug the wall until you come to the point where you can jump down into the soon-to-be flood infested area. Turn right and go into a small forrunner structure with a terminal to the left, and a large gap with a blue light/laser beam streaming across it. The man is at the end of the corridor, on a platform to the left. You must grenade jump, or use the gravity hammer to launch yourself (or friends) onto the support beams ahead, then simply jump to the side-platform.

Halo: Jerk Store Grunt

We all know of the Food Nipple grunt of Halo:CE, but now there is another. While riding your Warthog through the end of the level, listen to what Cortana is saying. When she says that it is 90% charged, you are getting really close. Once you start heading straight towards it look towards your right. Eventually you'll see a grunt on a small ledge. (You'll have to restart from the last checkpoint as you wont have enough time to go back to your hog) Walk up to it and it will say the soon to be classic line, "Hey demon, the jerk store called, and they're all out of you!" and a few other things. He'll then say that if you don't kill him, he'll shine your boots. He'll shine your helmet. And then eventually say something about not knowing what he's doing half the time becuase of "the gas". Well what are you waiting for, go find him!

Halo: Fall all the way down on the level Halo

When you are in the warthog, ghost, chopper, or mongoose, when you come to the last BIG jump besides the jump to the ship, you'll notice some stable land on your left. Start turning to your left just before you jump, you might not make it on the first try though. But anyway look at the poles that are sticking out from under the panels. Walk until you see the last one and jump on to it. Now go to the very corner and just walk off and don't move just look until you hit the ground. Once you fall down there's an invisible wall on one side and a death barrier on the other, really all you can do is just walk around, but I think this was pretty cool.

Forget the mongoose after you fight your way out of building after defeating guilty spark once you gent outside again turn left immediately beneath the ramp you came up to get in the building their are four ghosts waiting to be used It makes it allot easer allot more fun and gets you allot more points.

High Ground: Morse Code

There is a Morse Code signal coming out of the desk on High Ground in the base behind the flag. There are 3 separate messages: First translates to "Frogblast the Ventcore" Second is an acronym "sababwl. This acronym also appears on the Halo Soundtrack. It relates to a quote by Joe Staten, who was quoting Marty O'Donnell, "XBOX Halo is shiny and bumpy and bursting with love!". The third translates into "Don't make us kick your ass".

the morse code computer does more than that, if you have the patience stand around that computer room after a while you will hear the sound track "under cover of night" playing on the computer, this was played on the Tan R level where the army of grunts come out and on 2 betrayals where you come out of that last barrier door where you are attacked by a banshe on the last pulse generator.

High Ground: Music on High Ground

Go to the area where on CTF there would be the flag. Behind that is a small room where are are computers on both sides. Go the the farther side of the room, the side leading to the bridge. Under that computer there is a radio. You cannot destroy the radio. Don't touch it, or mess with it in any way, just stand by it for about 4-5 minutes. At about maybe 4:30 or so you'll hear the radio change stations and start playing music from either Halo 1, 2 or 3. The game I tested it on was only 4:55 long, so it probably starts around 4-4:30.

This is in the clouds so I will try to be very descriptive. Ok, go to the beach and stand in the water. While in the water, go out until you can't walk anymore because of the barriers. Now look at the beach and you if you look up into the sky and to the left, you will see what looks like the Master Chief, flexing his muscles. Last Resort: Dead seagulls

Go to the farthest left corner of the beach with a sniper rifle. You will then see some seagulls. Snipe one of them until you think its close enough above you. Like other birds in Halo they just disinigrate in the air, but not these! wait a while and the dead seagull will drift slowly with the current towards you and onto the beach. And when you shoot it blood flies everywhere.

Last Resort: Last Resort Secret Room

First Get rid of all the Spawn Points. Then go to the Brute Shot Tower/Grav lift Tower/Non-Sea-wall Sniper spawn and go upwards. There should be a Block. Put a Respawn point there and if done correctly there will be a Little Blue Line. Now Die and when you Respawn You should be in this Little Space.

Sandtrap: Di Vinci Code Egg

Spawn in sandtrap with an invulnerable shield. Be in forge to if you want to. But go to the invisable barrier and walk back and forth into it then end the game ok. Then go to theater mode put the camera at the barrier were you walked into it. Walk into camera until your body pushs the camera thru the barrier. Try a couple times until the camera goes thru the barrier. Then fly to one of the towers lining up around the level that have lights on it. at the top of each tower there will be an easter egg with letters and will be blue. But be carefull they're very small. Good Luck with it.

Sandtrap: flipping an elelphant tank

Ok so what you do is get on to forge, forge a warthog and put it on the floor where you find the mongoose so you can see half of it and it is still entirerly on the elephant tank and grab it start to go upwards and bringing the warthog with you but if you do it right it will bring the whole tank with you

When you get to the part where there is a brute holding a marine by his neck and asks "tell me its location" he will say "kiss my ass" after killing all the enemies go to the bridge where the marine was, near that bridge (off towards the path you came from) is a tree, jump in between the trees branches and if you look around you should find a carving that says "m+l (and a date)" surrounded in carved heart.

At the third terminal of the Ark (I dont know whether its found randomly but I found it here) when guilty spark enters the room shoot him with the sentinel beam and he will say "Hey! That hurt my feelings!,I have feelings? i'm a real boy!" NOTE:You might have to start from the begining of the level,it might not work. I have a video of it but I can't publish it to the internet for some reason

When your near the section of the pelican defeat all enemies and then walk near the pelican if you wait there for a while and then you should hear marines, Then after that section you see a broken phantom walk inside and you should hear them saying repel the invaders the desecrete the ring with their footsteps

The Ark: Guilty Spark Cussing

You must have the IWHYD skull on for this, in co-op, and on legendary. At the very end of the level, as soon as you start off at the last rally point and head back inside the building after the enemy phantom appears, you'll see the oracle fly down the hallway and begin saying various things as he enters the room that is now filled with enemies. Once he is in the room there is a chance that, if he gets shot enough by the covenant, he will say "I'm getting bitch slapped."

At the area when u fight the scarab kill every one. When the scarab moves to the left of the center peice down it with the fuel rod in the middle building. Board the scarab and kill everyone on board b4 destroying the scarb go to the control room thingy with the blue panels. Guilty spark will appear and talk to u. Says funny things enjoy

The Ark, The Covenant and Halo.: Marathon Man

The Marathon Man is a 40 gamer score achievement in Halo 3 which you can unlock by finding and accessing all hidden terminals in the campaign. Terminals were a series of computers stations and teleporters found in the Marathon trilogy, a series which has contributed Easter Eggs to all of Bungie later games.

A Marathon Terminal

"The Ark".
Terminal 1
The first terminal is found the first time you walk inside (in a small hallway). The first time you go inside, you will see a door almost immediately on the left. Simply enter this area of the level to find the first of the seven terminals.

Terminal 2.
When you go inside the structure to let the tanks across the bridge of light, there will be a Terminal almost directly behind the controls for the bridge. It?s an easy find!

Terminal 3.
You?ll miss this terminal if you are not careful. After defeating the scarab, you will head into a large structure. There will be a room with several sleeping grunts. Nearly directly following this room is another room in which you can take two different directions. There is a door, and a staircase (both eventually lead to the next room). Underneath the staircase is an additional door that leads to the 3rd terminal.

"The covenant"

Terminal 4.
After you have shut down the first shield generator, go down in the lift as usual but when you get to the bottom don't jump off. On one side there will be a room you can jump over to from the lift. The terminal is in there.

Terminal 5.
After you have got your hornet do not fly to you objective yet, along the way there will be a forerunner installation jutting out of the cliff to your right. Land there and at the back off the building in a room you will find the terminal, you can find and claim the Thunderstorm skull if you haven't got it yet it's located near by.

Terminal 6.
When you have disabled the last shield generator come back down the lift and to one side there will be a room you can jump over to, there terminal is inside.

Halo

Terminal 7.
Near the beginning of the level continue as usual but when you come to the part where the path slopes down to the base of the control room take a right turn into a small passage. Cortana will say something like "Chief where are you going?", ignore her and keep going. At the end of the passage way Cortana will say "wait go back". Take a left and the terminal will be there.

Happy terminal hunting. And remember to stay in the terminal until it kicks you out or it will not save and you will end up not getting the achievement.

The Covenant: Deja Vu - Assault on the Control Room

In the final section of the game, after you "Storm the Citadel," and destroy the two scarabs, steal a Hornet Gunship. On either side of the Citadel you will see two grey beams that go really far back, before arching straight up and meeting the citadel. Use the gunship to get as high as possible (usually just scraping it against the middle section since you will not fall as easily), and then follow the left beam as far as you can. One you reach the point where the beam goes straight up and you cannot get any further, you'll hear the "Siege of Madrigal" from Myth. Although it seams to repeat more than the version in Halo CE. You'll also hear some wind that reminds me of AOTCR too, since you are high up in both places.

The Covenant: Peeing Brute

After busting into a room with a bunch of covenant you go through only to find a brute taking a leak in the corner. I enjoy assassinating this brute, he takes about 4 or 5 seconds to react to your presence.

fly as high as possible up the citadel and land somewhere safe. then explore but be wary of the edges. after some exploration you should find the switch. it has an unknown affect but is suposed unlock a secret.

Destroy the phone on the wall in the sword room. Flip the destroyed phone on the ground so its facing down and look at the back of it with your binoculars, there will be the Microsoft Windows logo on it next to an electrical warning sign.

The Storm: The Pirate poster

This is to much information to type in detail so I will do this in steps. 1. Start the level "The storm" with 2 players 2. get to the part with the marines on the mongooses with the rocket launchers. 3.Grab a ghost 4. Go back to the spot where you met the marines with the mongooses 5. While looking out the door where the mongooses where find the space in between the telephone pole (your left) and the concrete barrier (your right) 6. get your buddy to jump on the ghost you are riding in. 7. ride off the edge heading straight for the huge broken ship. 8. while half way off the edge you buddy should jump towards the ship, this jump should give him the boost to get on top the ship. 9.Have your buddy scour the ship until he finds the very center of it (on top) there should be a control center for the ship but it has no controls. 10. while inside the room on top of the ship look on the walls, on one of them there is a poster of a pirate with some sort of writing (cant remember what it says) Congratulations! if you followed this "guide" and found the egg you should be happy! if you didn't seem to get it right just keep trying. (all credit for this egg find goes to my friend joey, i am typing this for him only bec. he is lazy to share with everyone else)

The Storm: Sheik of the Sea

11/05/07 To clear up any confusion about two other easter eggs on The Storm. One included a "Biehn of the Month" poster in the oil tanker. Another easter egg also consisted of a pirate poster. But they are the same thing. Upon further examination of the said poster, the poster actually reads, "Sheik of the Sea," instead of "Beihn of the Month." But also shows a picture of Shi Kai Wang, the Halo artist with a pirate hat on. And to include they spelled Sheik wrong on the poster. If you look on Bungie.net, Shi Kai Wang's actual nickname is spelled Shiek.

The Storm: The Storm-Mega Scarab Launch

Go on to The Storm on Heroic or Legendary recommended with the skull cowbell for better results. Go to the part with the Scarab and get out of any vehicle your in. Once the Scarab is on the ground stay out of laser range of the Scarabs head so he cant kill you. Then quickly jump on to the joint sticking out in front of the Scarabs leg once it throws its leg down. Once it lifts that leg up you should lunge out of the Scarabs leg flying out across the map. You will land out on to the boat or a high building or even glitch if lucky. This isn't to hard to accomplish, just try a few more times if it doesn't work the first time.

Tsavo Highway: Checkpoint 8

This egg is right as you come up the the 1st large bridge (right after you destroy the shild with the drones inside) once you reach the area where you first come out look behind you and up and you will see the sign that reads "Checkpoint 8". It also just so happens that there are 7 checkpoints leading up to this area, so its saying the 8th is just up ahead.

If you set your console date to a specific day eg. 25/12 or 01/01 a graffiti type message will appear on the rock infront of the sea base and also on the wall next to the mongoose and bruteshot spawn. So far the weapons confirmed to have the marathon symbol are:

Sniper Rifle.
Spartan Laser.
Assault Rifle.

On Valhalla, get out of the map, and start hopping on the rocks on the big lake behind blue base. Make sure you are as far out of the map as possible, when getting to the last rock, fall down and when you die you should hear Mario's signiture death scream: Yaawhoohooohoo

This has been thought to be the death audio when killed by the guardians.
