Any: Sword cancel

Press the right trigger and the X button(with a sword)at the same time.Tip: This doesn't work in halo 3.You can also charge with (right trigger)sword then before you hit them press Y button.Tip: You can use this in halo 2 or 3.

This isnt much of a glitch but i think its kind of cool. This is easy first make a new profile name him 1 space by pressing space bar.Then start a multiplayer slayer game with 2 players.Have the player kill the no named person or have him kill the named person either way will work.Then it will say you killed and it will just say you killed.Or if no named profile kills player 2 it will say on p2's screen "you were killed by".

Get a person to stand still somewhere. Now jump on the persons head and get yourself to get you and the person to stop sliding and moving around (may take a little while). Now have the person walk out from under you. Kazam! Your floating. You will drop down if you move or if something hits you.

Any Level With Banshee: Catapult (Banshee)

First start a game with overshields and rockets, and a banshee. Then fly straight up in the air with the banshee and get out so it will hopefully flip over on it's side. Then get on one of the upside down wings so your wieght will push the wing your standing on down and the other wing up in the air. Now take the rocket launcher and shoot directly at the stubby little pod thing at the other end of the banshee wing (the one in the air). You should go flying up in the air, and most times you will hit the invisible barrier at the top of levels. This is good for getting to really high places in multiplayer. Also possible in campaign, but more tricky.------------------------------------------------------------------

ok this is simple just get in a side seat of a warthog/specture then hold ur plasma pistol down get out and make sure ur still holding it on ur screen ur plasma pistol looks like its being held but theres no plasma sticking out of it.

Any Where in Halo 2: B-X-R

Get a battle rifle. Then rapidly press B then X and then the Right Trigger. A rapid shot of three bullets will shoot out, like a normal battle rifle shot except like 2 times faster. Also if you are next to a killable thing and do BXR you will bash them and then shoot. A good kill combo.----------------------

Next time you see one of these holograms, shine your flashlight on his face. His eyelashes look like they normally would.

Simple just get in a turret,ghost,warthog/specture.This only works in campaign anyway get in a folowing veichle and press your light button and make sure its in a dark area if your being MC.Your Light will turn on for about 2 seconds and off.If you do this with arbiter you will here a slight high pitched beeping but will not turn active camo.

arbiter: Super Man Glitch

Once again this glitch is with the elevator it will take a couple times but you'll get it.Ok first stand where the switch is the one that is on elevator.Activate the switch and stay in that spot the whole timw untill the part where you can get down turn around and quickly go into the spot where the elevator would land you should go all the way to the top and fall down if your lucky you could get back up.

Ascention(with only human weapons): SMGs and MAGNUMs

1.go to split screen 2.change map to Ascention 3.go to quick options 4.change the starting weapon to magnum 5.change weapon spawn to Human 6.start game 7.go to a SMG 8.pick it up 9.go to another SMG 10.switch to your magnum 11.keep on switching the magnum, your smg, and pick up the smg 12.you have a smg on your hand, and another smg in your inventory. =)

Buiral Mounds: Hologram Glitch

Find the flaming pillar and get a wraith. Some people report that slowly pushing someone into that pillar will push them through and they will get killed by the gardians and other say that boosting them with a wraith works also. Either way if you can push someone though the pillar with a wraith it will spawn a huge hologram of a sword.

Cairo Station: Get on top of level

The first time you go outside, first kill the elites in that area then, straight from where u came out there is a ramp. Climb the ramp and go to the big wall. (there seems to be other ways to get on the wall but there r a bunch of invisible walls) grenade jump over the wall (i had sputnik on) and your out! explore at will! one cool thing i found was once u get on the wall take a left to the end of that walkway and you will see one lone orange square... from a certain angle it looks to be bright white, but then if you jump on it u will fall through and will be able to see some marines on the inside. u only fall through a little so u will be able to get back out.

Difficulty- ANY Okay, this is easy, on the begging of the level, grap a gun, go down the satirs and turn around, melee the box eith the hat. Floating hat... o_0... Simmilar to floating Rocket Launcher

Delta Halo: Flying Scorpion

After you get the Scorpion (when you lower the bridge, and when the wraith starts to shoot you), and after driving through the level, you should get to an area where there is a bunch of deployable cover plasma shields. Blow them up so they dissapear, and drive the scorpion on top of them. Wait a little bit and you should go flying up in the air. You will die though if done correctly.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

foundation: get out of map foundation

Ok first go into room 1 and make sure you have swords the 2 fans right and left of you have one person jump right at the left/right start and the other person sword cancels off the jumper.And they should be right on the ledge of the fanning area have the person that was jumping sword cancel off you and you will both be on the ledge of the fanning area.Now have the jumper jump and sword cancel off of him.The last step is for the jumper to sword cancel off the one thats off the map.Jump out of fanning area and you'll be off the map.

Gemini: stand in the air or stand on grav lift

Go to the grav lift(bouncy thingy)stay in the middle of and look at either the tree or statue.Bounce and don't move.Tip: Get some pizza or watch a movie cause this will take time.Tip: Look at the statue and you'll be on the bottom of the grav lift and look at the tree and you'll float.Tip: this is a useless glitch cause in slayer death is a garentee!Tip: feel free to crouch and shoot.

Gravemind: Honor Gaurd Glich

The Honor Guard Councillor is an elite with Honor Gaurd armour at the end of gravemind. It only appears by mistake in Halo 2, its appearance was never intentional. The armor the Elite wears is the result of a bug in the programming of the game. The variations that are randomly placed in each elite got mixed up.

Many: Orbiting Rockets

First, you need to tell your friend or a total stranger to get in a vehicle and just stay there. You need a lot of room to do this. Then you lock on the vehicle with a rocket launcher, then look away from the vehicle from a 90 degree turn and shoot. When you do that, the rocket will be going in circles around the vehicle. This glitch is like a planet going around a star, its cool. (Must also be done with an un-updated XBL version).

Many: Guardian Glitch

This glitch allows you to harm or kill your teammates in games where the option for betrayals is turned off. This works in shielded and non-shielded games, although it is near impossible to kill them in shielded games.The weapon I recommend to use is the magnum. First find a teammate that is willing to help you do this glitch. After that aim your reticule on their head, and hold R and tap Y as fast as possible. If done correctly they will die and it will say they were killed by the guardians. Another button combination is YYR, which is the best for guardian glitching, but a little bit more difficult.

Many: Rocket Lunging

You will need a weapon (rocket launcher works best) and a sword. Aim the Rocket Launcher or weapon at the person you want to lunge at and make sure the reticule is red. Then press X, Y, X, R. You will lunge at that person with the sword from wherever you are.

Many: Auto Reloading

This works best with a carbine, although it will work with a battle rifle and Human Sniper Rifle. First make sure you have grenades, then grab a carbine, then get ready for a awesome glitch. First you need to shoot one bullet with your carbine, then throw a grenade, and then press the X button five times in rapid succession. Begin shooting your Carbine. If done correctly, your gun should automatically reload by itself once you get about halfway through your clip. If not done correctly, then your gun should reload normally after you press X five times. If this happens, then you need to press X faster. Note: This works the same for the battle rifle and Human Sniper rifle. Note two: Again, this will not work if you are host.

Many: Triple Wield

Have the gun you want to triple wield (Gun A) in your secondary slot and have a your primary weapon a dual weldable. Walk up to Gun A and Hold "Y". Walk up to another Gun A and Hold "X". You will now be dual wielding 2 of the same gun and have one in your secondary slot. This will increase the ammo capacity of your guns. This Egg works great with needlers.

Many: Unlimited Ammo

Shoot the weapon until the clip is empty and then switch weapons before u finish reloading. find an allied idiot, switch to the weapon needing reloading, and trade weapons with him quickly before u reload fully, he will reload it (u get to see an unused animation) and then u can take it back from him. You will have the full clip u just shot plus the extra ammo u had, so in other words unlimited ammo. This works with any gun that reloads (no plasma pistols/rifles, or beam rifle), its really fun with bazookas or fuel rod guns.

Many: Button Glitches

BXR: By pressing the above buttons, you will beat down and then shoot your gun incredibly fast. RRYB: This is the Instant kill combo, it must be done with a Battle Rifle and in melee range of a person. BXB: Will cause you to cancel your beatdown attack. Can be used to butterfly. RRX: Best with Battle Rifle. Causes you to shoot two burst in the time it takes to shoot one. Must push buttons very fast. RRXYYRRX: Causes you to fire 12 battle rifle shots in 1/4 the time. RLXXXXXRRRRRRR as mentioned This must be done with the human sniper, carbine or battle rifle on Xbox live and you cant be host. Shoot, throw a grenade and press x about 5 times fast before you Finnish reloading (if it reloads on the screen you have done it wrong. Then shoot as normal and it will automatically reload for you.

Get a banshee on the bridge and go under the bridge.Get out the banshee on one of those upside down arches and fall in the water.You should see a wooden floor if you can reach the floor.

Metropolis: Multi-colored Jackal

1: Has to be on Co-op 2: fight to the part where you have to board the Scarab 3: One person get rockets and shoot the covies on the deck of the scarab till they are dead 4: Walk on the Deck of the scarab when it stops. 5: If you did it right there should be at least one jackal changing it's color from normal to green then blue then back to normal, over and over again

An elite somehow became confused and sat on the scorpion tank, like a marine! As you will see in the video, once he was on it, the tank was automatically in enemy hands and was no longer usable. Eh... here's the video: elite glitch

Metropolis: Floating Rocket Launcher

To see a floating rocket launcher in all its glory go the the end of the level where there is a series of bridges (the bridges that the scarab passes under). Between the first and second bridges there is a rocket launcher on top of a large box, melee the box and it will fall off but the rocket launcher is still there! :D floating!

ok u must have a alien sn1p3r for this one on the part where scarab blows up the scorpion go 2 ur left intell u get in middle of stair case zoom in once the scarab should be black NOTE:it wont realy turn black it just looks like it did its a illusion in halo 2 probly the only 1 in the whole game

Outskirts: Driverless Pelican

Get to the Pelican that picks up Johnson. You can play through normally or take the easier route to get there. For the easier route, you need Sputnik. In the beggining, jump on the small overhang in the hallway and then crouch jump to the roof. Look behind you and you will see a small alleyway (not the one with the Blind Skull in it). go in and crouch jump onto the roof to your left (its somewhat difficult, but it can be done. from there you should see a daigonal cut off of the floor and a building infront of that. Jmp to it and grenade jump up the wall. Continue forward and you will see a drop off onto a broken bridge. this is the area where the Pelican lands. Drop down to ground level and kill a few Jackels (if you played through normally, this is where you would come in). When you hear the Pelican coming, hurry to the entrance to that area you would normally take. You will see two orange boxes on top of each other. Use those to get up on the small ledge. Turn around and crouch jump onto the nearby lamp post. Turn around again and you will see another small ledge. Jump to it and turn left. Jump on the broken bridge again. From the bridge, jump onto the top of the Pelican and hurry to the front. Look into the front window and you'll find there are no drivers.

Outskirts: Silouette Sword

Get the blind skull(if you dont know how to get it, just look at the skulls section I'm just too lazy), then get to where the REX sword is(again I'm very sorry for my lazieness, but just look up the EasterEggs Section), once you have gotten the sword, voila, a siloutte sorta thing! :) NOTE: It is VERY difficult to do this with the blind skull already on.

Outskirts: Invisible Stairs

Ok on the level outskirts everyone knows about the glitch at the begening of the level, so do that glitch and then go to the place where the rex sword is. you can get the sword if you want it doesent matter. ok so keep going forward and you will be above the buidling with the marines in it. turn all the way around and you will see blackness and the background. walk toward to blackness and you will be floating. if u move to a certain place ( i cant tell you where it is because i dont know where you are) and go forward u will start walking upward as if your walking up stairs.

outskirts: get on the highway

For this glitch you'll need sputnik skull. when you get a worthog drive untill you see two large pipe and go near them use a grenade and grenade jump on top of the roof over you. then you have to go all the way but it's fun then when you get to the highway (above), just walk on the roof there and you can go the entire highway but you will have to go back . =(

Regret: Lunging in to hologram

To do this you need a energy sword first you deafeat the hunter then you go to the gaint hologram of the prophet and start hiting it with your sword. If done right you should sword lunge into the hologram.

Relic: Flying Saucer

This is a fun one, have someone go alone into a custom game on relic. This person is to grab a gauss warthog and shoot down a sniper tower. Then have another player come in. Here is how the glitch works, when the second person comes in he/she will see the sniper tower not shot-down and the other person will see it on the floor, as they have just shot it down. Have the guy with the warthog start pushing the sniper tower on the floor and the hovering one will start to move also.

Relic: Catapult (human cover shield)

Start a game with overshields and rocket launchers. Go down to the place with the crashed ship thing and there should be shields there, and a warthog. Get in the warthog and drive into one of the shields (i suggest the big ones), so you will push it forward. Do this towards the big tower in the middle. When you get there, get out and stand on the of the little skinny piece of metal coming out from the bottom of the human shield. It is shaped like a T. At the top, there is 2 sections that are there. There should be a indentation at the middle of those to sections. Shoot directly in the center of that indentaion. You should go flying up in the air. If your lucky, you will get to the top of the tower.

The heritic elites are pretty good with medium range weopens, but they have a crucial weakness.For some reason when you run up to them and ur touching the elite, they cannot melee you,givin you a advantage to melee them to death!

the arbiter: Bouncing Weapons And Sticky Grenades

when you are going down the elevator that leads to the place where you first meat sentinels.First i will tell you bouncing weapons glitch.All you have to do is have duel weild weapons and get rid of one or if you want a non duel weild weapon to bounce just change weapons well its going down to the next checkpoint.Bouncing sticky grenades is easy once again its on the elevator look up while on the elevator and throw a grenade it will be bouncing on the floor and will not explode untill you reach the bottom!

the arbiter: Grunt Carcass Falls thru elevator

ok its simple when you get to the part where theres a elevator pull your sword out or you can just have sputnick skull (look at skull guide)it will work with either species of grunt the enemy grunt or your allie grunt either will work so anyway hit the grunt carcass into the crack and it should fall right thru elevator!

The Great Journey: Confused Johnson

Play through the level until the final battle against the Brute leader. Shoot Johnson in the head a couple of times maybe stick him with a plasma grenade(It wont kill him, don't go being discrete). He will say stuff like "Chief, Cut it out" when you are playing as the Arbiter.

The Great Journey: Getting rid of elite commander

Get the elite commander out of the wraith and melee him off the ledge the ship wont come to pick him up.Its useless but cool.And since he's invincible he wont die something i found out well meleeing carcasses.

The Oracle: Stupid Heratics

At the part where you are trying to kill the heratic leader dude and you get in the banshee kill 2 of the three other bansheese(not sure if dificulty maters but leave at least one alive, i did it on heroic). then fly to the little hanger edge thing and in the cut scene when he crashes into the edge of the wall the banshee that is left should be flying towards you and just fall.

Turf: Get stuck behind fence

This is something funny I did while messing around on Turf. You know whwere the warthog and shotgun spawn? have 1 guy stand in front of the fence, then ram the guy with another guy in a spectre. if done correctly, he'll go behind the fence. its pretty fun. imagine doing that on xbox live, so he cant do anything (fence blocks all shots).

Various: Flying with sword

you shuold have at least two players in multplayer on opposite teams spawn with swords have one player get in a hog and a banshee on standby target the one out side of the hog with the sword and press RT have the one outside of the hog get into the banshee fly up high as you can then get the one in the hog to get out and WEEE!!!! he shold fly towards the banshee if done correctly

Water Wall: Outskirts

Play untill you reach Hotel Zanzibar (the dark place where you need your flashlight) once you are outside get the warthog and drive as you would normally until you see a big structure, this is right past the purple gun. Make sure sputnik is active (see Halo 2 Skulls) Grenade jump up on top of the structure. You will see the water wall. Shoot it and it appears the texture of the wall is water.
