Cairo Station: Thunderstorm Skull

It?s past the two loading docks past the armory type place and in the next big room. It?s in the very highest location in the room. It?s under a trash can, I hit it out of the way and its just laying there.

Delta Halo: Envy skull

When you first come out of the big building and see the turret and 5/6 shield up on the wall there is a wall over to the left hand side with the two grunt turrets on it, the big block and door are at the far end of that wall... In the room that the block is blocking there are two dead grunts and two plasma swords. There's a door being blocked by a rock. Jump on the rock. Then jump on the ledge that's located above the blocked doorway. Turn left and jump up on another ledge. Grenade jump up to where you'll find Two Red Elites - That become cloaked, surrounding a skull. Pick it up, and it reads Envy.

Take a right as you enter this room and run up to the wall past the gravity lift that leads up to the sniper point. Get on top of the wall by going up the dirt mound on your left. Follow the wall until you reach the floating skull called "Angry". Difficulty: Legendary Effects: Enemies fire their weapons faster and alot more. Status: Confirmed

Great Journey: Black Eye Skull

SGT Johnson will pilot the scarab and shoot at a building I am calling the Control Tower. If you take a banshee to the tower you will notice that, aside from where spires jut out of it, it has a round slope all the way around. If you take the banshee right up to the slope and as high as you can go, you can almost get over it. Here you must jump out of your banshee to land on the less steep part of the slope. If you turn your banshee to the side or all the way around, it may make it easier to land on the less steep part. Also, try to have your banshee land on a platform below, so you can use it to get back. Once you are on the slope, climb the rest of the way up it. If you are on the right of the door, then you have to jump onto the ledge next to the main part of the building, and then walk up a steep part in the direction of the door. Walk up that, then around and down on the other side. On this side (left of the door from scarab's perspective) you can walk onto the hills and grass. You will notice several angled spires, some of which connect to the building. You must climb the one that is directly opposite the door you would use to enter the tower. It's steep but you can walk up it. I suggest jumping while walking to speed up the process. At the top is a skull which gives you the "black eye" effect - you only recover shields by meleeing enemies. This is only found on legendary. Reverse the process to get back to your banshee (hopefully) or just jump off a cliff and the effect will stay with you.

Great Journey: Blackeye Skull

Eventually you have to escort the Sarge who is in a Scarab. Follow him along until you see the huge compound in front of you. Directly above the door that the Sarge blows open with the Scarab is an angled beam. Land your Banshee on this beam and walk to the top of the beam. Look down and to your left and you will see a circular angled wall. Jump onto this wall and walk to the top. Walk straight along the right-hand side of this area. You will have to jump over a small beam in front of you. Continue walking straight until you come to a grassy area. Keep walking up the grassy hill and go until you come to the point where can jump onto the angled support for the tower meets the grass. Jump onto the support and walk up the support. It's a very steep climb, so jumping while you're going up the support speeds up the walk some. At the first landing you will see the Black Eye skull sitting on a glowing white panel on the floor. Difficulty: Legendary Effect: Your shield does not charge normally. To charge your shields you must kill something (enemy or ally) with a melee attack (anything but the Energy Sword). You can charge your shields into the Overshield range by doing this. Also activates subtitles during cut scenes. Status: Confirmed

Metropolis: Catch Skull

Right after you get out of the sewers(Tunnel), there is a big area and 2 ghosts, kill every thing first, then go to the middle of it where you see a arc that leads up onto a building, grenade jump by it to get enough height to start climbing it. When you get to the top take a left and hug the wall around the structure and the skull will be there.

Oracle: Famine Skull

After getting off the long elevator ride, you will come to a room where covenant and flood are fighting below you, and you have to break the glass to get to where they are fighting. If you crouch/grenade jump up on the opposite side of where you came down, the skull should be up there.

outskirts: master skull

This can only be done on legendary. When you get into the tunnel keep on going until you see the scarab blast the warthog. Go to your right and you will see marines. First kill all of your marines then destroy the turret.stand where the turret was destroyed. Wait a few seconds. You will hear a marine say"your loco" then the skull will land where you are standing. The effect is that it makes all elites turn into gold and silver elites.and the marines will turn into seargents with shotguns.....have fun!

Outskirts: IWHBYD Skull

You'll need to watch a video to get a better idea how to do this because its hard to explain. Once you get the skull to activate it you will need to face 7 rounds of elites with only a PP. Here are the steps on beating those elites with little difficulty: 1. Get the Envy Skull, This will take a while but you'll be invisible so no matter what they do they can't shoot you. 2. Once you get it save and quit. 3.Go to Outskirts. 4. Go invisible when an expected checkpoint.(There is one in the first 20 secs. 5. If you were invisible during the Checkpoint turn off the XBOX. 6.Turn back on. 7. You should now be invisible for forever. 8. Now the enemy can't touch and yu can try many ways to get it.

Outskirts: Blind Skull

At the start of the level go to the ramp but not down it. jump on the light then crouch jump on the roof turn left you should see a pathway go down the pathway then at the end you see it. hold x to be blind. Difficulty: Any difficulty Effect: Your HUD becomes invisible. In other words, you cannot see your weapon (unless it's the Energy Sword), body, shields, ammo, or motion tracker, or use your flashlight. Good luck aiming with no reticle! Also, enemies can still spot you, ergo, this skull serves no tactical advantage whatsoever, although hitting enemies with the skull should kill them with only two or three hits. After you die the effect of Blind will keep happening until you quit the game. Status: Confirmed

Quarantine Zone: Sputnik Skull

From the start of the level, look to your left for an Elite. To the left of the elite there is a tunnel. Head into the tunnel and go straight until you reach a cliff. Now turn left and follow the cliff till you reach a rock wall. To the right of the wall and the cliff is a narrow passage, skull is at the end of that passage.

Regret: Assassin Skull

Immediately after the gondola ride following the battle with the Hunters, there will be a building with two turrets on it. Enter the building and turn to your right. There will be a box, jump on it. From there jump to the adjacent light fixture, then to the ledge. The ledge leads to the area with the two turrets. Once there use a Grenade Jump to get onto the roof area, then, using Crouch Jumps and grenade jumps, follow the right side perimeter of the building. Once you have gone as far as you can go you will find a small grassy area with two cloaked Elites (that cannot be assassinated) in their "angry stance" and the Assassins skull. Difficulty: Legendary Effect: All enemies in game are permanently cloaked. Marines can't see them, so they can't help at all! Status: Confirmed Also: This skull also appears on any difficulty but will not affect unless is on Legendary. And if you kill a lot of marines and they turn against you they will become cloaked.

Sacred Icon: Mythic Skull

After coming down from a piston, about halfway through the level, you?ll come to a room completely filled with Flood fog. Go into the room and you?ll see a stack of crates. Jump on top (while cloaked would probably work better, so the Flood don?t notice you), and across to the next highest level. If you look in the last hole in the wall, you?ll see the skull in with a dead Flood.

The Arbiter: Grunt B-Day Skull

The very first time you get a banshee, fly down, below you is a large beamlike structure (not to be confused with the one directly below you that turns and goes vertical) running from the arm of the station you just came out of to one exactly like it on the side opposite. Below this structure are 3 cylinders hanging down, with cylinders of light shooting out of the bottom that look like they are what keeps the station floating. If my explanation is too vague, they are the absolute lowest parts of the station. Now go to the middle engine and land on the top part of it. This and the other engines connect to the large structure mentioned earlier. The tops of the engines come up to meet the structure at an angle, where this angle is under the connecting structure and coming up to meet it, there is a place to walk (like being under a bridge). Under one side you will see the six grunts with the skull in the middle.
