Ok this isint a egg but its a helpful combo. as you should know in xbox live multiplayer mele is a big thing so when you start mele'ing and your losing right before he kill you press the left trigger to throw a grenade once you die the grenade will explode and you should have killed him from the grave i tested this on 10 people 6 out of 10 died from this method.

Any: KV on the Sniper Rifle?

On the right hand side of the Sniper Rifle appears to be a circle of some sort with the letters KV on it. I will post a picture that I took as soon as it shows up in my Hi-Res Screenshots section on Bungie.net

any: Get really far out of every map in theatre mode

To do this glitch you must go to a local custom game. Once in the game hold down the buttons LB, LS, up on the d-pad, A, RS, RB. If done correctly, in the top left of the screen it will show your coordinates and the word "[normal]". Do the same thing again but this time instead of pressing up on the d-pad, press left on the d-pad. then it will show your coordinates again put say "[Pan-Cam]" instead of [normal]. After that, end the game and go to a local forge match. Go kill yourself as the monitor ie. flying off the edge. Now go end the game and go to a local theatre mode. start the movie of the game you just played. Press Y [NOTE. the controls change in theatre, instead of pressing LB and RB to go up and down, you press RT to go up and LT to go down.]when the movie starts and the monitor dies press PAUSE. If you look at the writing before it says [Pan-Cam] it will show your Y-Axis(1.000), X-Axis(1.000), Z-Axis(1.000) and speed(1.000). Press and hold up on the d-pad until you think the number is big enough (6000000.000). Look at the ground and tap RT. If your numbers all go to 50000.000, your in trouble, decrease your speed (down on the d-pad) when you have a slower speed,tap the LT until you get to get to a smaller number. Once the screen changes and you can begin to see chunks of land. look directly at them and slowing fly towards the land. If done correctly you will see the map and the outsides of it. Any: How to accomplish stretchy masterchief

Im sure you heard many glitches involvong master cheif's body going crazy. Well its accomlished by usually explosions and the body hitting an object. Thats how mine happened. Trying to do it on purpose is real dificult but just do a game type like rockets on a map like snowbound or last resort on accident might work. It happens because when the body impacts on an object or obstacle, the body must move in ways it cant function in games so it acts like that. You know when you see someone and you think he has a assult rifle but he has a shotgun and he kills you as you try to beat him down. An easy way to tell he has a shotgun is he dosn't shot after you shoot him. So don't go for a beat down, shoot and walk backwards, away from him.

Any: Get cool picture effect

A cool way to add personalty to any pictue is when there is a explosion near you pause and go in the explosion and look at your guy. It will give a more "sketched" look to your picture.

ANY campaign & Matchmaking & multiplayer: Sword Stick

If you really want to stick some one and maby win a game for 1v1 BUT you have got to have a sword and sticky grenades not spike well maby you could try spike grenades So to do this you have to have a sword of corse so when you charge at some one and while your charging thorw a sticky grenade and you should stick your enemy beacause while your in charging it should cancel charg but not cancel throwing a grenade.

Any Campain.: Taking Advantage of the Marines

Its super helpful to know that marines have infinite ammo, and never have to reload. The best instance this can help you on is on The Storm where you drive around marines with rockets. You can switch with them, take their rocket, use it until you have one shot left, hand it back to them and you'll see they shoot like 3 shots consecutively.

To hit this weak spot, it is on the back of the halo 3 wraith. It will be a hole right in the center of the back of the wraith.

alright im not sure if this has already benn found out but when u go into forge find a godd open area and stack t he cates(Large) on top of each other. then When u run out take the smaller crates and satck them the same as the Large Crates then wehn u run out of the small crates change the very top boxes time to the longest respawn time. then dellet al of the other crates ecpet for the top 1 & make a Reaciver Node on top 1 spin in around so that it goes into the crate. (and place w/e weapons u want) and place a sender node somewhere where it wouldnt be spoted & spin it around so that it goes thourgh the ground-B1azer,and my friends xbox live ids teh 1s who helped PokeKid100,TjSnipe4Life&Josh PL

Okay all you need to do is this: Press and HOLD, LB, RB, CROUCH, A, DOWN-DPAD. This will lower your weapon, use full in machinema to raise it melee or shoot or grenade.

If you're trying to place an object on forge, but it keeps moving because its on a hill or the water current keeps pushing it, you can put it down, use it (I.E. pick the object up, or if its a powerup, walk over it, once it responds, it won't move.

Any with scarab: Easy way to take out scarab

If you shoot the round blue circle on the back end of the scarab enough it will deystroy the back panel so you shoot the power core with a vehicle weapon.

Any+Multi-player maps: Very Helpful Tips

On Any Level Or Maps If you can find a Assault Riffle(AR) and a Battle Riffle(BR) get them both cuz BR covers long range and close range and AR covers close range they make a great arsenal + on a campaign level if you are trying to take down a scarab instead of rocket launchers and Gauss hogs steal a ghost and shoot the legs its a lot more effective and it takes it down quicker or you can just take a ghost or mongoose and ramp on the Scarab works either way

any, best on sierra 117: FREE BOAT RIDES! SUPER HELLPFUL

if you push one of those purple covenant weapons holders into the water, they float and move with the current. you can jump onto them and they will carry you, even if you would die from falling in the water. as I type this Im using this trick to beat the ending of sierra 117 to get a skull. I can just float by all my enemies and shoot them, which makes it a lot easier to aim because I dont need to move at all! NOTE: after some time they will eventually sink, even if your not on them, so when you start to go down jump off

Avalanche: 2 way windows

What you should do is go to the entrance to one of the bases. There will be a small colum sort of thing in the center. if you are in front of it it looks solid but if you go behind it you can see through it. This is very handy in slayer.

Cortana/Halo: Spartan Laser

If you pick up that unkown/blind skull on the level cortana and never drop it, and finish the level you spawn on halo with a spartan laser, brute shot, or the default rocket launcher (pretty sure this can be done on any difficulty, might try having cowbell on)

You MUST have the IWHBYD skull on to do this: sometimes in crows nest if you kill a brute one of the surrounding brutes will yell "He Was My Lover!!"

Emphasis: snipeing skills

if you go out side on the top level you will see some weird bird like flying things (shooting them helps you work on your shooting skills) when you kill them they break a part and fall (sniper rifle works best)/if your a good shot. also BR and AR work for the ones closer.

FORGE: Lose weapon

Start up forge, become the moniter, head to a weapon get someone to pick up the weapon, and right as they're picking it up, delete it. they lose the weapon they'repicking up, but keep the weapon they spawned with. it is vital that there is only 1 weapon on the player before the glitch. as soon as you press 'Y' you will swap back to the spawned weapon.

Guardian (multiplayer): Guardian Useful Spot!!!

Okay go to the part in the level where you can get the oversheild then go up the curved ramp to the right, there is an expolsive barrel there. If you picked up the oversheild you can stand on the barrel and throw a grenade under it and luanch yourself up to the platform above. if you have a sniper or a battle rifile this will be very useful! i got killonaire from this sopt with a sniper in lone wolves!

High Ground: Dead fishes!

On the level High Ground, throw a frag grenade into the water near the beach and dead fish will float to shore. Not useful in anyway, but interesting details.

Last Resort: Good Sniping Spot

Near the side of the beach there will be a big decaying wall seperating the beach and the inland (it's kinda hard to miss). There will be a big structure jutting out of that wall that goes onto the beach, and you can see the decayings of an archway once connected to it. Well there should be doorways into the wall, and make your way to the top. Get to the side of the wall nearest to huge structure of cement blocking the way out of the level (where the mongooses and warthog spawn). There should broken archways, get ontop of them and get onto the structure in the middle of the wall. If you get a shotgun, it is good for close range, like killing noobs trying to get up where you are. And the battle rifle is good, but the sniper is excellent to use if you are a good shot. But Be Carefull!!! You are in the wide open and easy to be killed if u r spotted

Last Resort: Good Survival Place for Infection (Save 1 Bullet)

THESE ARE GOOD FOR WHEN YOU ARE NOT INFECTED----In the corner of the level where the power generators with the power lines are, there will be a elevated walkway. If you stay on that, you should be pretty safe. There are only 3 ways to get up there, in the far corner there is a ramp with some street cones that goes through the walkway and up into it. There is a way from the generator/gate room. And there is a way from that enclosed place, but it has a lot of steps and barrels, so if you need more ammo you can kill yourself and if need to kill the infected fast, you can shoot the barrels if they are comng up the steps and don't notice them.

Set the editor to invunerable and player to infinite ammo,spartan laser and rocket launcher,grenade regeneration on,300 speed 50 gravity. I hosted a game with these settings for 2 hours! Have fun:)

Sierra 117: Dead Fish

When you get to the river when the two pelicans get destroyed, walk off the edge into the water and it is shallow enough to walk in. In the water nearer the shore there are fish you can shoot and they will float to the surface

The Ark: Easy way to get on scarab

the scarab at the bottom of them hill in the ark is very hard to destroy because of all the choppers. An easy way to get on board is when it is closest to the centre-piece building, drive a vehicle on top of the centre-piece building and use the ramp on the roof to drive the vehicle onto the scarab thus climbing abord and being able to destroy it.

The Covenant-Normal and Above: THIS IS SPARTA!

OK, if you have IWHBYD Skull your half way there. But first get it and then activate it. Start at the beginning of the level destroy the two shade turrets (by the wraith) with a Spartan Laser. And Marine will yell THIS IS SPARTA mainly cause you were useing the "Spartan" Laser.

Varies: Energy Sword

Whenever you and the Arbiter are doing missions(meaning your not playing co-op) if you have a spartan laser, Brute hammer etc. kill the arbiter and he will drop his energy sword thus you can pick it up. The amount of energy the sword has varies.
